At L’Avenelle, we thoughtfully select gentle, supportive ingredients designed for intimate care. Every body is different, so we recommend reviewing ingredients and performing a patch test before use. If irritation or discomfort occurs, discontinue use and consult your healthcare provider.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address within Canada. Your order will be packed and shipped within a few days from our Calgary office or Vancouver warehouse. Once it ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can easily follow its progress. In some cases your items may arrive in two packages to ensure faster delivery. We currently only ship within Canada.

Yes! All of our toys/devices include a 1–3 year manufacturer’s warranty, depending on the brand. If you experience any issues, please contact us through our contact form so we can review your case and provide the most appropriate resolution.
