We know trying new products can feel like a commitment, and we’re confident you’ll love what you choose.

If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you have 30 days from delivery to contact us. Please email us at info@lavenellethebrand.com with your order number and the product name so we can assist you. We are only able to process requests from verified customers.

You’re welcome to try the product before deciding. If you choose to return it, you may do so within the 30-day window. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

You may also choose to receive a store credit. We do not offer exchanges, as it is often quicker and easier to place a new order for the product you prefer.

Please note the following:

  • Orders cannot be changed, modified, or added to once they have been placed

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed returns

  • Please include your name and order number inside the return package to avoid delays

  • Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery to be eligible

All of our products are scented with pure essential oils, which are listed on each product page.
Scent preference is not a valid reason for a refund. If you do not like a scent, you may return the product for store credit only, and return shipping will apply.

We do not provide refunds for products that have been damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, or abnormal use.

Damaged Items

For damaged items or claims, please email us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of both the exterior and interior of the shipping box, along with images of the damaged product and its packaging. This helps us review and process your request as quickly as possible.

Requests received after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.

Auto Ship/Subscriptions

Orders will ship automatically based on the frequency and quantity you select. By placing a subscription order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for future shipments.

To manage or cancel your subscription, please log in to your account using the login link in the footer of our website

Please note:

  • Once you’ve received your order, it is not eligible for return or refund. However, you can update or cancel future shipments at any time, as long as changes are made at least 7 days before your next scheduled shipment.

  • Trial items and samples are not eligible for a refund or return. 

Refund Policy – Devices & Intimate Products

Due to the intimate nature of these products, all devices and items that come into contact with the body are final sale. This is in place to protect the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers.

Once a product has been opened or used, it is considered non-returnable and non-resalable.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at info@lavenellethebrand.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once reviewed and approved, we will handle the claim directly with the manufacturer on your behalf. If the product is confirmed to be faulty, a replacement will be sent to you at no additional cost.

Unopened Items

If your item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, you may request a return within 30 days of purchase.

  • Returns are reviewed once received and inspected at our warehouse.

  • Approved returns will be issued as a refund or store credit

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We do not offer exchanges
